OUR COMPLAINTS PROCESS IS THERE FOR CUSTOMERS TO GET IMMEDIATE FOCUS AND HOPEFULLY RESOLUTION TO THEIR PROBLEMS.
IT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD THAT SOME ISSUES ARE OF A 50/50 NATURE AND MAY TAKE LONGER TO RESOLVE, BUT ITS IN THE COMPANY’S INTERESTS TO START RESOLVING ANY PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY.
OUR PROCESS IS TO REQUEST OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A PROBLEM TO PUT IT IN WRITING.
